Dealer had the car for three days because the "Check Engine" light came on. Was told this was due to a low battery. Battery was charged by dealer and we were charged over $200 for the diagnostic. Haven't had any problem with low battery voltage or charging voltage, so we were skeptical. While driving to Nashville, TN two days later, the "Check Engine" light came on AGAIN. On returning after our trip, the light cleared.

The truck was towed to champion on July 28 around closing time. I was told it would be 10 working days before my truck would be looked at. I was notified and kept in the loop by Melinda. I can understand being a little backed up. But two weeks come on. I am a repeat customer with champion. I have always had great service but times like this is not something. I would want to have to deal with when my truck breaks down.

The person at the desk in the service department was excellent. We had an appointment for an oil change. The process was quick and accurate.
