I recently went in to order a new key fob. I assumed it included the actual key. I assumed that I paid the entire price. When I went in to pick it up I was then told that the key fob did not include the key and that the key would have to be programmed. I then had to pay more. I had to wait an hour for this to be done. I think. that I should have been told that paying for the fob did not include the key. Also that I would have to pay for the key and the programing. I was not prepared to wait for an hour to have the job completed.

The service manager Melinda was outstanding. She understood our electronic issues and quickly resolved them.

Very timely and took care of everything

My truck was leaking fuel and they got me in the same day. They were very efficient and kept me in the loop the whole time. They did not have the part on hand to fix my truck which was not their fault but found the part at another dealership and went and got it. I got my truck back the same day. I will be taking all my business through Champion Chevrolet from here on.
